Finding a road cycling partner

The club includes people interested in all kinds of cycling, whether road touring, mountain biking and BMX, as well as active outdoor people who pursue walking, climbing and mountaineering or who are into water sports, ski-ing and other adventure sports. When searching the site you can specify exactly what level of interest you are looking for in each area. For example, you can distinguish between people interested in road cycling from those interested in mountain biking.

Dating for cyclists

Why not make your first date an active date?  You could meet up for your favourite activity locally, or arrange a meeting using the Outdoor Duo Invitations page if you prefer to first meet as a part of a group. We make it easy for groups of singles to get together, because meeting as part of a group is an easy way to make new friends and meet like-minded individuals. 

Online dating works

A recent study at Bath University concluded that,

“... online dating can work for many people, leading to a successful meeting for almost everyone we surveyed... it seems that these relationships have a similar level of success as ones formed in more conventional ways.

“We found that men tend to be more committed to the online relationships than women, possibly because the anonymity of writing gives them a chance to express their emotions more readily than in real life."
